No charge For cancellations made 20 days or more before the transfer date. For cancellations made between 19 and 3 days before the transfer, 70% of the price will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 48 hours or less before your transfer or if you do not show up at the scheduled transfer time.
